How does Social Proof affect your business?
If you don’t know the answer to the question above you may be missing out on tons of extra revenue each and every day.
Social Proof is not a new concept but it is definitely overlooked by businesses and entrepreneurs. I want to share with you a video that was recently put out by Shopper Approved with some eye opening statistics on how Social Proof can help with consumer loyalty and trust.
Now if that video doesn’t make you want to gather customer feedback then I don’t know what will.
We all know the importance of having a happy customer, but what are we doing to share that data we gather from happy customers. Whether you like it or not, your website visitors are actively looking for ratings and reviews about your company, products and services online before they buy. And with Social Media it is even easier today for your customers and visitors to instantly share information about you.
That is why Shopper Approved is so powerful. Taking Social Proof to the next level.
By adding the Shopper Approved rating/review service to your website, your customers will be able to provide you with valuable feedback, ratings, and reviews automatically. You can then give your new customers easy access to this brand building information by displaying our exclusive ‘Shopper Approved’ trust seal in a prominent location on your website. Those ratings and reviews highly influence new customers to buy, they build instant trust and credibility, increase your sales, and even lower your return rate!
Don’t take my word for it, head over to Shopper Approved today and see how their Customer Satisfaction Survey software can help grow your business.

You are right with this Shopper Approved “proof”. However, I believe any kind of social proof is powerful, as long as it comes from a trusted entity, right?

Well, I will not doubt that the video is interesting. But however, it gives only the idea, implementation – that is the question, which everyone should solve himself.

“By adding the Shopper Approved rating/review service to your website, your customers will be able to provide you with valuable feedback, ratings, and reviews automatically”
This is a great tool I added it to one of my sites and my conversions went up ~21%. Something about customers seeing other customers ratings on products and services is so powerful.

I know from a customer’s point of view I look for sites that have a rating and or review service. I just trust it more when I see the comments of others, be it for the product I need or the company doing the selling.
I can see how this could be a benefit to any site.

Wow, cool concept.
Do you happen to know if the 50 Free reviews trial is ongoing, or does it expire after 50 days?
This might be a cool service to implement on one of my client’s sites.
