Every businessperson wants to be able to get a “leg up” on the competition. This has been the case for thousands of years and will be the case in the future. Therefore, why wouldn’t every business strive to make the most of all the potential resources at hand? A prudent person handles the operation of his or her business by benefiting from various assets. This is why it is important to start looking for a questionnaire example to implement that will help your business survey its customers.
Incorporating a survey template is a very smart move for any business. The process is easier than one can imagine. Begin by exploring a questionnaire example or two. Having customer satisfaction survey questions on hand means that you will instantly begin gaining access to a wealth of information about how your customers perceive your business. Few pieces of information are in fact quite that valuable or interesting to a business. Once you have gotten hold of a good questionnaire example, you can use it to model your businesses’ own questionnaire.
Once customer feedback information begins flowing in your direction, you will be able to access what changes need to occur and why. The end result may even be an increase in revenue!
Everyday more online retailers are adding customer surveys to their checkout process. Without consumer ratings, often merchants find that assessing whether or not customers are pleased is a somewhat of a guessing game. Consumer ratings have many benefits including the fact that merchants can gain valuable feedback about the shopping experience from the customer’s point of view.
Adding customer surveys to your online store can be one of the most effective ways of increasing the loyalty of your shoppers. As a result, this method can be extremely beneficial for growing sales. Not only will your customers be more likely to turn into repeat clients, they may be so pleased with their experience that they recommend your products or services to others.
If you don’t know the answer to the question above you may be missing out on tons of extra revenue each and every day.
Social Proof is not a new concept but it is definitely overlooked by businesses and entrepreneurs. I want to share with you a video that was recently put out by Shopper Approved with some eye opening statistics on how Social Proof can help with consumer loyalty and trust.
Now if that video doesn’t make you want to gather customer feedback then I don’t know what will.
We all know the importance of having a happy customer, but what are we doing to share that data we gather from happy customers. Whether you like it or not, your website visitors are actively looking for ratings and reviews about your company, products and services online before they buy. And with Social Media it is even easier today for your customers and visitors to instantly share information about you.
That is why Shopper Approved is so powerful. Taking Social Proof to the next level.
It is actually here. Some might be saying, “It is About Time.” Monday December 7th, 2009 Google rolled out real-time search results. Although it is live some of us may not see it yet depending on your location.
Here is a pretty cool video that Google put together on the new Real Time Search:
“Our real-time search enables you to discover breaking news the moment it’s happening, even if it’s not the popular news of the day, and even if you didn’t know about it beforehand….Click on “Latest results” or select “Latest” from the search options menu to view a full page of live tweets, blogs, news and other web content scrolling right on Google. You can also filter your results to see only “Updates” from micro-blogs like Twitter, FriendFeed, Jaiku and others. Latest results and the new search options are also designed for iPhone and Android devices when you need them on the go, be it a quick glance at changing information like ski conditions or opening night chatter about a new movie — right when you’re in line to buy tickets.”
